Kim Houang and Michel Boudriau are cops.

Houang is a tight-fisted magnet for ugly women and Boudriau is a naïve Holy Joe type who daydreams of writing a Christian-cop TV show.

 

Inseparable since they first met at the orphanage, the pair now face the toughest test of their careers: fighting a wave of evil terrorist attacks, cunningly orchestrated by their own Police Commissioner, Aude “Dogbreath” Letellier.
